Refund Policy
Eligibility
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to our customer service team at hello@mindfulvirtues.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Digital products (e-books, audiobooks, etc.)
